Supreme Court to Hold ‘Samadhan Samaroh’ for Mediated Dispute Resolution

New Delhi, May 12: The Supreme Court of India will organise “Samadhan Samaroh” from May 15 to 17, 2026, to promote amicable settlement of disputes through mediation and dialogue.
The programme, themed “Supreme Court Action for Mediated Adjudication and Disputes Harmonization Across Nation” (SAMADHAN SAMAROH), aims to encourage resolution of pending cases through mutual understanding, reducing litigation burden and strengthening access to justice.
Eligible litigants and advocates have been invited to participate through online registration. The initiative will focus on settlement of family, civil and other compoundable disputes through mediation.
