New Delhi, May 13: The Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA), through its advocate, has moved the Supreme Court alleging “systemic failure” by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in conducting NEET-UG 2026.
In its petition, FAIMA sought restructuring of the NTA and demanded stricter, technology-driven measures to ensure transparency and security in future NEET examinations.
The association also appealed for the constitution of a high-powered monitoring committee under the leadership of a retired Supreme Court judge to oversee the examination process and prevent further irregularities.
